The Tri-Seal Valve line includes soft-seat, fire-safe and metal-seat high performance butterfly valves for heavy duty and critical service applications, offering bubble-tight, bidirectional shutoff to full rated pressure.
These valves are 100% American-made with all domestic castings, components and assembly, meeting all domestic regulated requirements, including Buy American, American Iron and Steel and the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. Using American made raw materials and machined components allows us to offer quicker lead times.
The Quarter-Flex incorporates a patented Pressure-Assisted seat design which assures bidirectional bubble-tight sealing. Providing effective low pressure sealing capability, the sealing function is further enhanced as system pressure increases. The line pressure exerts an upward force on the seat which forces the seat against the valve disc, “accordion” style. Increased line pressure causes tighter sealing, which assures continuous bubble-tight closure.
Also available in models where a Fire-Safe valve is required; and available with metal-to-metal seating.
Typical Applications:
Chemical, pharmaceutical, marine, petroleum/oilfield, mining, desalination, power generation, food beverage, shipyards, transportation, industrial, ultra-pure water, and more. Consult factory with your specific requirements.
In processing applications, the superior reliability, reduced weight and footprint of the Tri-Seal valve is superior to other types of valves.
Valves can be manufactured for special service operations including oxygen, steam and NACE.
