Butterfly Valves
AWWA C504 butterfly valves from 3" to 72" for water, wastewater, and industrial flow control. NSF certified with bubble-tight shutoff.
Gate Valves
McWane Plant & Industrial offers a full line of AWWA-compliant gate valves engineered for durability, performance, and long service life in waterworks and industrial applications. Our portfolio includes resilient seated gate valves (C509 full wall and C515 reduced wall), rotating disc gate valves with self-cleaning seating surfaces, solid wedge gate valves in NRS and OS&Y configurations, and rugged double disc gate valves meeting AWWA C500 standards. Designed for smooth operation and minimal maintenance, MPI gate valves are available in a wide range of sizes and end connections to meet the demands of municipal, and infrastructure projects.
Check Valves
McWane Plant & Industrial’s AWWA and Ken-Flex Check Valves deliver dependable backflow prevention for water and wastewater applications. Designed in conformance with AWWA C508, our swing check valves are available in 2"–36" sizes and can be equipped with lever-and-spring or lever-and-weight options for enhanced disc control. The Ken-Flex Resilient Hinged Check Valve offers a simplified, maintenance-free solution ideal for dirty water applications, minimizing common issues found in traditional swing check designs. Built for durability and quiet, non-slam operation, our check valves ensure long-lasting performance in demanding environments.
Eccentric Plug Valves
McWane Plant & Industrial’s Eccentric Plug Valves (EPVs) provide reliable flow control for water, wastewater, and industrial systems, featuring a full-flow body, nickel-welded seat, and Buna-N encapsulated plug for long-lasting performance. Designed to meet AWWA C517 standards, these valves are available in sizes from 3" to 48" with manual, electric, pneumatic, or hydraulic actuation options—delivering durable, low-maintenance shutoff in demanding environments.
Mud Valves
Designed primarily for use in settling tanks of water and wastewater treatment plants.
Air Valves (non-AWWA)
Protect irrigation and piping systems by releasing entrapped air as pipelines fill, and providing vacuum relief when lines drain.
Hydrostatic Pressure Relief Valves
Used to equalize pressure between groundwater and within tanks and digesters to prevent tank floating.
Riser Valves
We offer overflow valves and alfalfa valves.
Universal Hydrants
Allows the opening of the valve for flow into a gated pipe or through outlet for directional flow.
Telescoping Valves
Used in tanks, lagoons, and treatment plants for drawing surface water from one holding area to another or for regulating fluid levels between tanks.
